To join Alaska Northstars, LLC Select Soccer Team for travel to showcase tournaments, please complete this application and send with it a $100 deposit (payable to Alaska Northstars, LLC) prior to the application deadline. Application deadlines and tournament information can be found at the travel team section of www.alaskanorthstars.com.

• Note: If you have previously participated in Alaska Northstars travel you do not need to resubmit application unless information has changed; simply send deposit check noting which trip you wish to register for.

Players will be selected based on your soccer achievements, coach comments, age group needs, and observations during Alaska tournament play. Please use the space below to list your achievements (i.e. awards, recognitions, ODP play). If we do not know your play please have your club coach make comments as to why he/she feels you would be a good addition to the team.

If you are accepted, additional paperwork and forms will follow. If you are not selected or if the trip is cancelled by Alaska Northstars, LLC a refund of your deposit will be returned.
